hi is it possible with this device to just insert this device inside the obd2 connector from the car and program a new blank key to the car to start the car

Hello,dear friend,
Support read and change KM stored in CAS system.
Don't support to change KM in instrument. If you want to change the KM display in instrument. You should change KM in CAS system first. Then modify the KM in instrument manually.

适用于CAS 1,2,3system.

Sorry for my mistake, it do not do ews, please check the attached picture.It is specially for CAS. It can generate dealer key, they keys we sell is not programmed,is blank key.
