This item can do Honda Jazz 1.4 i-Dsi,but I`m not sure if it can do all cars from Japan.

ELM327 can only used to diangose,can not cange KM.If your car is VW new model,you can choose DMW3.or please give me your car type and car year,i will see which tool is good for your car.
