what about the password validity, is it permenent and will need only free updates when they are available? will the ACTIA software CD be in the package? because it is not in the package list. does it work with all marks (cars models) shown on the Multi Diag screen?

If you don't change computer, the password is always the one. There is software CD on the package.
Multidiag J2534 can do a lot of cars, mainly for european cars.
