if C4 is the replacement for C3 why C4 is cheaper than C3. What are the main differences between the two. What C3 can do which cannot be done by C4 and what C4 can do which C3 cannot do. Does C4 support MBs upto 2011? should I update the software every year. What maintenance cost I need to bear after I purchased the tool. Pls note that this is to be used in Sri Lanka. do u have a operation guide which u can forward to me to read more about it.

wondering if this diagnostic tool works on Mercedes 2007 gl 450

Hi,

I just received my MBC4 scanner. When I try to connect it is asking for registration. What is my registration number? Also it gives an error code saying it can't communicate with software and asking to check cables and make sure light is on. Light is on, cables conected. I have a IBM T30 with proper inputs for this scanner. Also when I shut down the computer it gives another error message saying there is an error with the software.
Please provide detailed information how to fix all these problems.
