-MB Star Compact C4 Fit All Computer Update to 2014.09
-Best Quality MB SD Connect Compact 4 Star Diagnosis 2013.07 With WiFi
-MB SD C4 2014.12 Star Diagnostic Tool with WIFI

Yes our C3/C4 products all need you provide us Lan-ID，HW-ID，APP-ID，Hardware Fingerprint to activate ,you may just follow the user's manual to find these data to us . And C4 is more dexterous than C3 ,other functions and languages are almost the same .

does the MB STAR compact C4 require a simulatenous connection to the car obd port and the computer serial port for it to work. If not can you confirm that the system retains the code information so u can later connect to a PC.

If you want to use mb star tool.your computer should has a serial port.You can't connect the pc only with USB port.

Hi i want to purchase the MB Star c4 which fits on all PCs, but my laptop doesnt have a Serial port. Does it work with USB - to - Serial port coverter/adapter. ?? Can you also tell me the shipping costs and which service do you use for shipping?

Yes ,we have two types of MB STAR C4,One can fit all computer ,one just can use on special computer ,just like DELL D630.

That software can fit all computer is a vmware ,last one is real software ,can work more fast and easy than that vmware.

i understand that you should update the MB COMPACT every year, so you can do it for me every year or dont? or maybe i can sent to you right there again or it is nby the satellite?

This SP06 software version is 2010.03, no xentry and EPC, software DAS in spanish languae. We sell newest software 2011.11 version for T30 laptop and dell d630 laptop, we also sell 2011.07 softare for different types of computer,such as sata,ide and t30,dell d630. If you want update the software, you only need purchase new hard disk.

Dear friend

Your computer must have Serial port, if you choose external hard disk,your computer must be windows xp. Your computer at least 1GB memory. This is requirement for computer. You can also use laptop, but pleaes do remember computer/laptop must have serial port.
