Unroll the unit cable
Clamp the red battery clip to t he positive terminal of the vehicle battery
Clamp the black battery clip to the negative terminal of the vehicle battery
1.Test the Unit and the Connections
2.Use Illumination
3.Measure DC Voltage
4.Have a Polarity Test
5.Have a Continuity Test
6.Activate Components out of the Vehicle Electrical System
7.Test Trailer Lamps and Connections
8.Activate Electrical Components
a.Activate components with positive (+) voltage
b.Activate components with negative (-)voltage
9.Jumper Lead Feature
10.Check Bad Ground Contacts
