I already replied in last review sir, if your X300 DP Plus can work on the certain Renault before your update invalid, then it can always work on it even you don't pay for further update. Just can't support the new models released later.

to program keys for megane 4 and new renault car does i need to connect online to your server ?
If yes, after the first year and if i have no update subscription i will able to program keys for renault new cars or must have the update after the first year ?

Yes you will need to connect to server when program megane 4 and newer Renault keys.
If you don't update online after the first year free update, it can only work on software list existed in your device then, can't work on newer cars.

VW Bora 2001 with Bosch Motometer RB8 dashboard with K-Line. Can't Program new key with this tool :(

Please choose in menu IMMOBILISER - 2~2.35 Generation IMMO, then try 17 Dashboard/25 Immo to see whether it can work.

Where is your shipping address please? To EU countries, we can use Yanwen express with tax free. What's more, we can put low value on invoice to avoid tax too.

We can use EMS for you sir.
Singapore post can only ship parcels under 2kg, and this device is 8kg, we have to ship 4 parcels. It's not safe to do this way. EMS will be much better for you.

Yes OBDSTAR X300 DP Plus can support Volvo S60 2016 year key programming. While we're not sure about the time it will take on your car. Different cars take different time, please kindly understand.
