After correctly installing the "Update service" on my Digiprg 3 machine, the screen went blank and now the machine doesn't function at all!! It was working just fine before the update. UOBD2 sent me a file telling me that I must send my machine back to them for repair. Courier fees are more than a brand new unit. Is UOBD2 going to send me another machine at their expense?? The Update software obviously has a problem on it, considering they send me the info below:
