Will the SKP-900 V 4.1 program a new key for a 2006 Range Rover Sport. I wish to add an additional key. I have an existing key.

Hello,
I want to purchase this tool but am in doubt of something. looking at the list of supporting cars, my falls in the software version 3.0. the tool in under 3.9 software version. would I be able to program my key with it or I will have to download 3.0 and install it on the tool.

It's advertise to do Toyota camry from 2000 to 2013 I tried on 2002 and 2004 and a 2003 and it didn't comunicate with the car it will communicate with 2007 why is that is it some thing wrong with unit?
