Hello, I managed to install UPA because the problem was that my windows was not compatible I format and I put a XP Professional SP3 and now the UPA is installed but when I connect my UPA an error message appears on my screen: No Programmers Connected to the USB module ..
I have a friend who has the same UPA and he told me that the problem of the UPA in him even (Soft).
What is the solution to this problem because I do not think it is right for you that you are selling something that does not work ...

I realized exactly what was done in the video but it does not open it asks me always the User ID and password ..
Also in the video the moment you enter the ID and password you write ID: obd2 and password: 123456 but it does not want to be accepeter what?
I expect a solution from you because I do not think it's normal that you pay for a device that does not work ..
