and ran the xprog in version 5.0, version 5.3 does not work, I hope to resolve this problem, install the sotware 5.0 and it worked

The compatibility of version V5.3 is not as good as V5.0 ,it requires a higher system of your computer,if your computer can't run this v5.3 and work fine with v5.0,it is normal,thank you!

I tried also to run the previous programmer who buy with version 5.3 with negative results. I have followed the appropriate steps and I can not run, telling me a message when I try to open the program: "can not find Designated JiaMiSuo"

Did you install the software from us or other place?here is the software again form us http://www.chinaautodiag.com/search/?q=SM11-D pelase check and make sure clsoe the anti-virsu sfotware on your computer and use a profeeaional windows XP system,then if still problem,please knidly reinstall a new windows X Pssytem on your computer,the compability of software V5.3 is not good and many computers can't suuport,thank you!

Xprog-M V5.3 Simple installation instruction:
Firstly, install the " setup"
Secondly, install the "Xprogdesktop5.3"
Last, copy the x-prog-m_new.exe, go to C: Program Files to find the folder XProgDesktop.5.3, then paste the x-prog-m_new.exe file to the folder XProgDesktop.5.3.
Please make sure close the anti-virus sfotware on your computer and use a windows XP sytem,then advise back,thank you!

Dear friend ,
Sorry for replying you late ,as we just come back to work from May Day Vacation .
The Dongle is a USB flash disk which contains the software password for the safety concern . You can only use the software by connecting the dongle to your pc .

But can you provide list of autorization or picture what is autorized?
Every chip has to have autorization open for it.
And if it have that in the list but no autorization for it -it is useless!
You have stated it can work with infinion and mac !
Please i like to know it is autorized? or it is just on the list of suported devices?

This tool doesn't have Micorans Authorizaion.We don't have authorization for this tool.
The devise doesn't need tokens ,it has a dongle with it .
