Received my order on 26thth October. Mongoose for JLR with software version 134.They claim it's the latest - it isn't. V135 is. Software is rubbish! V134 disk has a virus - company is well aware of this as it has been well publicised by many other cilents. Despite that, they still send the same copies out. VDF disk is not reading at all. Contacted company by e-mail on 26th October - response? silence. Contacted them again on 28th October - response? silence.Tried Skype chat line - not connecting. Not good after sales service at all.

You have not understood what Mr.Svetoslav Nikov has tried to explain in his message. He is saying the software you supplied is infected with a virus and after 2-3 days his computer is corrupted by your software. This is not as a result of installing the software incorrectly but a virus infection of the software you have distributed. Other customers have made the same complaint. I notice you have a common response of repeating how the software is installed and not listening to what the customers are trying to explain or not understanding what is being said.

I would also like to point out the current/newest version of IDS is 135 and not 134

I have received my cable and install it. It works as it should be. BUT after around 2-3 days my Windows goes down. When I reinstall windows and JLR soft all works again, but again 2-3 days.
After 6 reinstalls I install antivirus soft and what I found:
The License crack is infected by a Virus and it breaks all the "exe" files on my HDD.

WHY YOU DO THAT ????????????????????????????????????????????????

Please let me explain why I think this link is corrupt:

Having previously explained to both Kelly and Angela via live chat. The software I requested access to is the Mongoose Driver programme and the Licence programme. I need access to these files because UOBD will not accept a return of a faulty cable without first confirming the drivers are correctly installed.

contains a 287.97 KB file. The mongoose driver programme is 4389 KB and the licence program is 22.5 MB so even with some pretty impressive compression you would not get a RAR file of 287KB. The the archive in the download does NOT contain any programmes it only contains 3 xml files, so is not what I have asked for. We have now spent 4 days and about 8 hours in live chat trying to resolve this issue but we have made no progress apart from today you agreed I can return the cable.

It has been a very slow process and persistence on my behalf to get simple questions answered and agreement to return this cable, however I would still like you to make available the programmes I have asked for available to download to demonstrate to other customers when receiving corrupt software you are able to to resolve the problem efficiently and quickly.

This has not been my experience and hope you are able to make improvements in your after sales support of existing customers.

Used cable over two day period at first all ok Lights flashing then all of a sudden dead no lights and not recognised by the computers. Spent over an hours with tech support on live chat, very very slow process Angela kept asking for details of software install, even though I explain this is hardware fault. although it would also appear the mongoose drivers supplied are also corrupt as they do not display english wording during the install.

I asked for new software Angela says she will send me video to watch!! again i ask for new software Angela disconnects from conversion for the 3rd time.

Hi Received cable and software all installed OK, but what is the username and password for v134 ???? it was not included in the packaging!!

Received the interface very quickly and it's working OK, as it should.
I was tempted and couldn't resist and I opened it. The electronics and soldering work is very good. The drivers were installed nice, quick and clean. Also the DVD134 & Co.
One problem, the crack, on my DVD, is infected with a virus, but I extracted the file inside with WinRAR and not by running the executable and in this way I avoided and infection. The virus (detected by three different anti-virus programs) is Win32/Sality.NBA
Anyway, nice tool.

In the Manufacturer Specifications, you write:
"No Internet Connecting, Or it will make damage to JLR Mongoose!!!"

What do you mean by that? Because you can only damage the interface if you write a bad firmware inside. And there is no update on the interface software over the internet built inside the SDD software... So? Who will damage the JLR Mongoose?
