I need to change kilometres on cars Skoda Octavia II, 1.9 TDI, years 2006, 2007, 2008. Which product (cable) I need to buy? Micronas OBD or VAG KM IMMO?

Does it make change of kilometres on dashboard and also on Car Control unit?
After mileage correction - is it possible to find out by somebody that kilometres has been changed?

hello friend, well, I need to do KM and read PIN , and modify VIN to cars model 2010 , especially for Tiguan , Golf,GTI, Passat, Tuareg, with MICRONAS CDC3272 or CDC3217/97, and NEC 24C32 EEPROM , the tiguan's intrument cluster , show the letters in white color , not in red., on the other hand also I'm interested in the SV32 but I need to know if it works very well and wich model cars works thank you for your help
