I'm using CarSoft with an ADS interface connected to a Belkin Serial -> USB interface. This laptop i'm using runs linux, and I am running CarSoft in a VM [Using VMPlayer-free edition to host the VM]. I am able to diagnose my Vanos, SRS, and other 20pin related features [reset service interval etc].

I have Carsoft 6.5.1 working on a VMPlayer image consisting of Windows XP sp3
Using an Ebay 20 pin connector connected to my Belkin USB to Serial cable. Im running VMPlayer on Linux Fedora 20, with a dell M4400 Laptop.
If it would help i can try to compress the VM to a OVF file that you can mount.
I was able to reset my ABS and read which sensor was giving me faulty code. As well as fixing the Airbag light, and reset the service interval.
With an OBDII reader connected, able to read my DME Check engine codes.

Hi, when I use carsoft 6.5 software all menus is in English, but when I diagnose or get feedback from the car it is in German. Can I change it and how?

A while ago I bought Carsoft 6.5 and did the whole installation procedure required. However every time I use it to make a diagnosis the program generates an error and closes. You guys can help me? What should you do?

I was worry after I place order coming from singpore.....well 5 weeks later it came in and was happy, but my cd disk was broken and I'm email about it.....over all I'm happy with the order only which they told me about how long it will take or give me an update on it.....but will order again from you.
