A:Hello sir, I'm sorry XTOOL engineer replied: Expired devices do not support update or maintenance. May I know where you bought the machine please? As I didn't find the order record for XTOOL PAD2 on our website. Maybe you can ask your seller of this machine to double check if they can find a way to help you out.
