hi karen would the online programing function not useable in the u.s. be typical for any diagnostic scanner? and i also see the x431 pad vii does offline programing also im assuming offline programing would have limitations also? thank you for the speedy replys

Hello sir, this is only the policy of Launch brand. Launch PAD VII can't perform the online programming, while offline programming is ok. Autel has no limitation, you may check Autel Ultra, it's super powerful too.
