FVDI ABRITES Commander For Mercedes Benz FAQ:

Q1: I bought SV60-8 and add FVDI BWM to the same multiplexer,when I connect to pc,the red light on main unit is blinking, and MBLoader reminds "Error 4",FW Downloader show "Update", see attached photo:




A1: Please send back to us for update,then it will be ok.

Q2: When I install the software,it shows "can't find the right patch".
A2: There is  undentified code in the name of the file,just delete it,then it wll be ok.

Q3: Can I program this key with FVDI Mercedes SA1252 Benz smart key 3-button 433MHZ(2005-2008)

Q4: How to update?
A4: You have to send it back to us for update,no matter for software for firmware,please be noted.
