Tenho o Windows 7, esse serve para instalar o programa no meu PC? Depois do programa instalado onde eu conecto esse cabo? O programa vem em Português?

Yes ,you shoud install the software on your PC
After install well ,you should connect the computer and car
It don't have the Portuguese,english only
