Boa noite. procuro CAbo de diagnóstico da linha FIAT em 3 vias p/LAUNCH CREADER VIII scaners.

The tool arrived in less than one week from the date of my ordering it, the shipping cost of USD40 was reasonable.
I was very impressed with the quality of the product and the nice clear screen. The tool was supplied with a 2Gb TF card fitted inside the tool and another 1Gb TF card fitted inside the TF/USB adaptor.
I have owned the tool now for three weeks and to date I have been unable to use it on either my 2013 E Class Mercedes, my 2012 Mitsubushi Pajero or even my daughters 2006 Ford Focus.
I have been having huge problems in trying to register the tool for software updates.
I am also having problems in logging into the website as after registering myself as the owner I quickly received an automated email telling me "to bind the email", the instructions are really terribly poor.
Should I not be able to register for updates within this coming week I shall be sending the tool back requesting a full refund of the purchase price'
In my opinion if the tool can do what the manufacturer claim it will be wonderful as having owned several other scan tools previously this one seems to be the best in terms of its build quality as the finish of the plastic and ease of use of the various functions is simply perfect.
You do have to take care in fitting the TF card to the tool as the gap is a bit too wide and the card can drop inside the tool. It is easily retrieved by simply removing the red plastic surround and then removing four small cross head screws. These TF cards are really small and awkward to fit.
BUT the manufacturer is very poor in terms of customer support. In total I have sent nine emails in one week including one to the local agent here in South Africa. I have only had response from one person following the sending of nine emails! That is shocking service.
I have been quite pleased with the assistance that "Sam" (he has been the only person to reply to me) is now trying to give but so far what he has told me I could have sourced myself from the well detailed and easy to understand instruction booklet.
I would now appreciate some real assistance in getting this tool to function please!!
Had it not been for the terrible lack of support I would possibly have rated this tool as having 5 stars.

What is the difference between creader black viii, and creader 129 red ?
I have to make sure because people say one is better then the other. Please answer my question.
