this instruction is not good and this technical support did not answer. scanner is not update and is a lot of problems. i was waiting two weeks and I have demo program only. I can do nothing. better buy other company!!

What Language you want for it ?
What is the country for using it ? (Please pay attention to here, if you lives in Mexico, and let us open the using right in Mexico, then it can not be changed. and the software can only be download by using Mexico IP address. this is very important and can not be changeable. please confirm it )
