Buenos dias¡ Tengo un problema con VXDIAG NANO FORD, me aparece el error en la programación del PCM "no se encuentra el archivo de calibración y tensión de la bateria demasiado baja, cuando la bateria está totalmente cargada". Necesito ayuda.

Im disapoited about this ithem that I buy from you ,
1 Its not working I tried on Xp and win 10 nothing , very bad support and install manual too not ok
2.the OBD housing is to big can not connect some cars like Ford C max 2011 its not fit ( to big)
so pls tell me what I should do I pay for something that isnt good
