- can you encode the smart key with it?

X-100 can't do Alfa and Fiat ,bmw  and Benz. you can check the vehicle cover.
some cars need read pin code ,somes are not ,like Kia, Hyundai
It only support English.

I suggest you can check T3000 key programmer. It can do more cars you need .
