Hello there, well I've tried all different computer setting and I can't get either disc to work. I bought this for a car which I no longer own, it's take that long to attempt to get the software to work and it just doesn't.

I have tried 2 different discs supplied by you.

I have tried running the software in Windows 7, Windows XP and it still doesn't work.

In your advert you DO NOT give any computer or system requirements so I believe you are in breach of your advert.

I was so looking forward to using this software on my old and now my new car, I paid you $80 for something that doesn't work so now I insist that you refund me my $80. Once I have received your refund I will return the kit to you. After all, I paid my money before receiving the goods so I expect you to do the same.

Please attend to this immediately, I'm sick and tired of trying to get this right.

Please advise back your car module and the production year of your car ,did you refer to the installation video and technical service on our website and use the right password to enter ?so far we have no problem with this item .please also download a team viewer here , http://www.teamviewer.com/en/index.aspx?cdsplit=D    pass me the id and password ,we will help remote control for you to get it right ,if you insist a refund ,as we have informed we will refund you after confirmed received it by our side ,thank you !

Hello !
I installed the software on computer, but the result is always the same. Diagnostic system does not accept password.My version is 131_v6 ! Have you tried SP116 the product yourself ? I have watched your movie and followed all the instructions, but no password is valid !
I have send back to you tools before long time ago for test , and today i have recived the item but the result is always the same / Diagnostic system does not accept password !!!

Pleas send to my DVD instalation software whit korekt id and password for my produkt !!

This is low quality product. Mine worked total about 5 minutes and then burned down. Now I have to send it back to Hong Kong for "examination". Buy at your own risk.

My order no is #U213040925356. I have received the JLR Mongoose for Jaguar and Land Rover cable but the CD with the DRIVER for the cable is faulty and cannot be read. Is there somewhere I can download the driver for the cable? I have installed the V131 software.

I used the Drew site to upgrade my Mongoose to the Pro version. Now it does not work properly, and the serial number on the mongoose (0000444) is not recognised by Drew.

Could you let me have a new serial number?

Well I received the 2nd disc and have just tried it and that doesn't work either.

Is there anywhere I can download the software? I am using Windows Vista Pro.

To be honest I think I would prefer a total refund as I have no confidence this software will work.

I am the owner of a Range Rover Evoque March 2012

I need to know whether this Interface can be used for
Diagnostic and Programming of the Evoque.

Does it come with IDS software V131 with User name / Password
On your site everyone is having problem with ID / PASSWORD.
Can you confirm you will give proper ID/PASSWORD.
Do I have to download the IDS/JLR software?

How reliable is it as there is a lot of Talk on the Forum that All the
clones are not reliable and break up after a few uses.
Do you give any warranty?

Do I need any other Hardware / Software for Diagnostic / Programming of the Evoque.

Does it come with Installation Instructions?

There is V131 software come with the package .

After you received the cable ,we will give your the ID and password

The problem for this tool is some cusotomers did not use the proper system.

Warranty: one year .

I received my Mongoose cable and DVD but the DVD is not working - I try to follow the video instructions but when I try to open the SDD file to select a language nothing happens; no error screen, no messages, just the DVD drive spinning away.

Up to now I have paid $79 for a nice looking cable and non-working software.

My computer is running on Windows 7 Enterprise but I have also tried running your software in a Windows XP environment, but it still doesn't work.

Please help.

Hi, I ordered a JLR Mongoose cable for use on my Jaguar but the DVD is corrupted (it arrived a bit dirty with some scratches on). Is there a way of geting a new one sent to me? I have tried emailing but got no reply after 3 days, I'm getting no reply on Skype either

Hello Sunny, I installed the software on another computer, but the result is always the stesso.il diagnostic system does not accept password.ho run the installation according to the instructions of the video from your sito.se you want to return the device diagnosis to verify operation

By the Installation comes a error massage SDD-DVD130_V7.04upgrade can only applied on top of SDD-DVD_V7.00

item looks to be of reasonable quality and would be great if they supplied a working user id and password for the software supplied.

as it is they dont and havent so its a useless ornament that cost me £50..
