I asked back in october when you will be updating your software. Version 137 is now out and you are still shipping version 134. it was 5 Months ago we asked for an update and still no response.

Here we go again. On my order page U213101431183 is a thread of my exchanges with you. It also states the problem with software and the virus it contains. Mr Svetoslav Nikov found your virus as well, There were others also, who found it in the V134 of your software. Did you check for this virus on your copied software? No, you just keep on sending same infested software. I also told you that your VDF disk doesn't open at all. So you want $10 to send me another? As for Mr Graham - should price of the item excuse its condition? Should it not work?

In fairness to these Guys, I have received the cable and installed the software and it works, but your XP installation is critical it needs to be XP Pro i used sp1 and ensured all the hardware drivers where installed and fully up to date making sure the computer is NOT connected to the internet firewall off and before installing SDD. SDD has to be installed in the correct order detailed not very clearly in the read me file but if followed then its fine. Remember this is a £40 cable not the £400 original :)
