I just purchased a "Ford KM Tool 1.1" and gives me dongle failure.
Connect the device, connect the dongle, and run the program. All good, until you click READ KM, and I get the following error:
"security access failed! Please check dongle connection!"
What could be happening?!

Acabo de comprar un "Ford KM Tool 1.1" y me da fallo del dongle.
Conecto el device, conecto el dongle, y ejecuto el programa. Todo bien, hasta que Pincho en LEER KM, y me da el siguiente fallo:
"security access failed! please check dongle connection!"
Qué puede estar pasando ?!

Please check the dongle usb connection whether ok.Please use it on windows xp computer.If still this problem, please add my skype:greebid6

I have already VAG KM+IMMO 1.6.3 tool from you, can I use this software with my VAG interface?

You can not use ford km tool software on your vag interface,it is totally different.And ford km tool have a dongle,if you do not have dongle,then you can not use.It is not only authorization problem.

Ford km tool can do new cars, you can have a try, we don't test it on your car, so can not confirm it 100%.

This software will be sent by an HDD, and it weighs 500G, delivery by singpost airmail should be 15USD. Wether this tool have a spanish vesion or not, i think i have to confirm with the engeneer, so , i will send a message about that again,

Engeneer says that this tool have no spanish version right now, we only got English version at present,
