Dont work with my galaxy s2.I cant pair my phone with obd2 tool.The red ligt on obd2 is on,but that is it.Bluetooth on my phone finds obd,but dont connect.Any idea?

Dear Sir , I purchased one piece ob Bluetooth OBD Scan Vgate , and when it arrived to me in cairo egypt , i found the CD is broken , i think from shipping , but now i can't use it to my Daewoo Nubira 2001 , without software , so pls can you send me the software via email please..

it works very well with torgue free version on android 2.1 phone i5810 , and s/w on its CD with my DELL laptop, both use bluetooth. Tried on Porche and Sienna 06.
Both setup takes a few minutes although I 'm new to bluetooth. Spent more time to figure out how to use Torgue as it has no manual.
People on Amazon says ELM327 has problems, yet I doubt them unless they tried different s/w and cars.

I see latest ELM327 s/w version is 1.5. I wonder whether you provide s/w update that user can download? I read amazon review several people says they cannot connect, I wonder whether s/w update can help those of old versions. there are website with free storage also like rapidshare.

My vehicule is Logan made by Dacia Renault in 2009. I tried to use my OBD scan Bluetooth 1.5V using my Iphone (roqyBT4 and Rev), The only red light is on (power), the two other lights (OBd and PC) remain off.
Is that mean the OBD scan I bought on Ebay is not compatible with my car?

ibought this Vgate scan tool off ebay! i am very pissed to find out now, that need to buy software. why was i not tolded this crap wought not work, without paying more money for software??? if i had known i would have bought a scan tool that was ready to work! plus i was told it would work on my 1999 mitsubishi montero sport ltd!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was able to see the device and pair it for about 5 minutes. After that, no longer can it be located using of my 3 different devices (smart phone, android tablet or laptop) Can it be reset? Is it DOA? 5 minute MTBF is not good :(
