I bought the Super VAG K+CAN Plus 2.0 in January 2013 and it suddenly stopped working last week eg I can't do Odometer ajustments, draw pins or code keys. My guess - It has to be a software issue. Is their any way of reloading the software onto the device and if so where can I get this software?

Hi so if i change the mileage in the edc 16x will this update the instrument also?

I purchased a super vag 4.8 off you last year for a 2005 VW touran and that did not do the edc16, it only changed instrument cluster!!!

If the EDC 16 does not work will I get a refund?

After use Super VAG 2.0 to complete change mileage, the car can't start.

Good day

Please try to the following operation:
1) Please back to the old mileage value with Super VAG 2.0, maybeIt hasn't complete change mileage before you stop it, and then the dashboard freeze and the car can't start.
2) Select the option "Other" in the plus 2.0 menu to reset RB8.
3) Back to the old mileage value with the VAG commander software of VVDI , choose K-LINE dashboard, and set the immobilizer to "6".

You choose a wrong protocol (as: nec24c32, nec24c64) or your car model is not supported by Super VAG K+CAN Plus 2.0.

Suggest you only use them to correct mileage, although they also have other features as described. The following parts listed are about their differences.

1) Super VAG K+CAN V4.6 is better for K-line protocol cars, Super VAG K+CAN Plus 2.0 is better for CAN protocol cars.

2) Super VAG K+CAN Plus 2.0 support odometer correction for the car models after 2007 year, Super VAG K+CAN V4.6 for the car models before 2007.

3) Super VAG K+CAN Plus 2.0 supports reading more cars' pin code.
