it does not have to be the latest software or firmware so long the vvdi works with vw 24c32 and 24c64 and audi cd32 my order nr. 20002

i bought from u guys 2 machine vvdi and fvdi bmw chrysler
both machine is not work properley
the vvdi never get connected to the computer
and the fvdi when i connect to simple car like year 2006 645
try to run cas keys function the window got freze
u guys hassel me all the time i cant find u guys and all time u tell me later on and later on

I did upgrade my interfaces with your last file 2.5

Now I must use immplus 19.2, commander 8.6 and tag key tool normally or I mus download other software?

my vvdi not work since version 19.0 immoplus and now we have VVDI 2.5.
Do I have to replace my programmer for tagkeytool to be able to work with the new Audi models 2009 +.

On the other hand, How to install or update to VVDI 2.0 because I installed it but It doesn't work show a message " can't find the VVDI interface"
