I have Lexus RX300 2001.
1) Can this tool do reprograming(reflashing) ECM's (etc. ECU, ETC, ABS, VSC)?
2) Can this tool do Customizing vehicle via TIS? (Some tools heve bugs with this)
3) This tool have online firmware updates?
