Dear Cookie,
I am pretty dissappointed to find out that I can't program a 1999 BMW 3 series. When you purchase the key from the dealer it already come's programmed so this machine you sent doesn nothing for me..I need a machine that will read the pin of my BMW and I need a machine that will connect via OBDII to my BMW so I can program it and it won't give me an anti-theft code anymore. I lost my keys so even though the key I bought from the dealer is programmed the vehicle won't start since I have to program the ECU of my vehicle. If you have something better please let me know since what I bought from you is basically useless.
