2. when installing the software of XPROG-M5.0, i'm afraid you have to cut off the internet, by the way V5.0 is already the latest version now,
3. We sold may sets of this product, seldom met any problems, if you have any difficluties, please feel free to let us know, i will consul the engeneer firstly then give you a satisfying reply.
4. most of the products in our shop enjoyes 1 year repair grantee.that is free in cluding this one,

hello friend , the cable that missed is the 7 pin , also missed the power dc, but the unit don't turn on, could you please tell me what is the power dc that use it , because I try with one the 12 volts, but don't turn on. thans so much

Please pay attention that XPROG-M do not contain the power adapter in the package,please use a power adapter between 12V-16V. The cable you mean have missing,could you show me a pic,i will check with warehouse and arrange for you. Please also give me your order number.

does it read out a HC08 processor?i had one from you and it doesn't and i had two from other supplier,it doesn't as well.how it work with HC12(S)?
