My car is 2003 VW Golf 4 Instrument 1J5 920 846 A ,i have no problem with using this tool to read the data on the dashboard ,but the data is blocked and appeared without stopping ,what is the problem ,can you help me ?

You mean the CD Manual or something else?if it doesn't work at all ,you need to get a new one ,the item has just one year warranty period,or you can show me a picture how it breaks, our technician can help you with the problem with a team viewer ,thank you !

Dears,

I'm looking for a tool that makes me enabled to make a new Key for Land Rover Freelander 2002onwards. I searched and found you are selling this tool but I'm not sure if this tool for Cluster only or can program for new keys Transponder. Kindly let me know if I'm able to make keys as I'm looking for this tool mainly for making a new key...I'm dealing with the immobilizer ECU EWS

I am sorry for disappoint you,it may can read your motorola chip information,but it can not used to program key.About whether can read landrover chip,i need go back to office for check.
if your car model is after 2005,you can may use FORD VCM IDS V74 Landrover JLR V126 for try.
