Good news! I was getting all ready for our TeamViewer session at 9:00am your time, and decided to put the battery charger on high, 50 amps, to make sure the battery in my Porsche 911 was fully, quickly charged. I usually only use it at 10 amps when I am using PIWIS III. Guess what? The VCI connected! I guess all along it was a problem of low voltage to the OBD2. I’m sorry for all the trouble, but tell the engineer to make sure any customer complaining about faulty VCI has their battery fully charged.
