Hello sir, the Autel devices we sell are no IP blocking problem in South Africa. Please don't worry about it. We have sold many pcs to South Africa too. And we sell with one year update only, please kindly be noted.

Yes, Autel IM508 plus XP400 can support it, this package has exactly same functions in IMMO as IM608.
